M&E Surveys, Advisory Consultant and Clerk of Works Duties
At Kinetic Engineers, we offer Mechanical and Electrical Surveys. Whether this be for claims on end of use tenancy, or an indication on what costs will be required to upgrade the building to a suitable standard. Our experienced engineers will survey the building and create a detailed condition report outlining any issues and the costs that would be associated with replacements.
We aim to deliver competitive costs on our surveys, with as much information as possible.
We also offer feasibility studies for potential refurbishments, minimising the capital cost of the refurbishment by utilising strategic planning.
As well as offering full MEP design services, we offer a role as a checking consultant on all types of projects. By employing us as an advisory consultant, you can be assured that the project will be delivered as efficiently as possible in line with the relevant British standards, workplace standards and building regulations.
We also offer a bespoke service for framework overview. As an overseer of standards and designs, you can be sure that your requirements are met in each and every project. We will develop the standards with you, the client, at the centre of the works ensuring that the projects are designed in line with regulations and requirements with as little cost as possible.
We will regulate changes in the standards, advise any new standards that come into regulation that will affect the projects (i.e. 18th Edition) while overviewing contractor designs and providing designs from our own office for the contractor to use.

Clerk of Works
We offer site inspections, site overview and a building quality service that ensures that the project on site not only goes smoothly, but without snagging issues at the end. We ensure that the project is satisfied within the building regulations, health and safety standards and legal requirements.
