Our Background

Kinetic Engineers was established in 2007 as a Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Consultancy providing a range of M&E design services to key clients. Although these services included traditional M&E consultancy, we focused heavily on the delivery of sustainable design solutions.

Here at Kinetic Engineers we believe in providing a strong technical, professional and personal service. We are enthusiastic and proactive in our projects not only to meet our clients expectations but to also deliver a quality service.

As a result of our vast experience in various projects, we bring added value to each scheme we are appointed to undertake.

Whether we are appointed as a sole consultant or acting as part of a team – we aim to communicate, deliver and exceed our client’s expectations.

Each of our engineers brings with them a wealth of knowledge across a broad range of design and construction sectors, together with experience of the many differing forms of building procurement methods.

Kinetic Engineers offer a range of specialist Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Design Services. From small designs to large tenders, Detailed Design duties to MEP Performance duties, we are happy to take ownership and design the project through each RIBA stage of work (as appointed) to Handover.

Our engineers have a wealth of knowledge regarding sustainable design solutions. We at Kinetic Engineers are committed to providing low carbon, energy efficient designs. Our experienced team provide in depth analysis to the most efficient method to achieving standards such as BREEAM, WELL, SKA and Passivhaus design.

Our internal Level 5 CIBSE Certified Low Carbon Energy Assessors can provide SBEM compliance reports and Energy Performance Certificates at reliably quick turnarounds and low commercial prices.

An Energy Performance Certificate displays potential buyers and tenants of a property with information regarding the current energy and CO2 usage of a building, as well as recommendations on how to improve both of these values.

At Kinetic Engineers, we offer Mechanical and Electrical Surveys. Whether this be for claims on end of use tenancy, or an indication on what costs will be required to upgrade the building to a suitable standard.

As well as offering full MEP design services, we offer a role as a checking consultant on all types of projects.
