Castles Building Services appointed Kinetic Engineers’ highly-trained staff to design the building services for the new VITA student accommodation block at Portland Crescent, Leeds.

Our M&E team worked hard to provide a design for, amongst others, the lighting, fire alarm, water, drainage and heating services across all 15 storeys to ensure that each of the more than 300 studios will meet the client’s high expectations.
