Castle Building Services appointed Kinetic Engineers Ltd to carry out the detailed design of the MEP services for Three New Bailey, due to be the new home of HRMC with 159,000 sq ft of office space over seven storeys. The design is  well underway with the handover to the client being mid 2020.

The New Bailey masterplan in Salford, Greater Manchester, is a vibrant regeneration scheme delivering new commercial, retail and leisure space on the banks of the River Irwell. The 7-storey structure will act as a gateway to this new destination, drawing visitors through the development and beyond to Spinningfields and the city centre.
