Tollgate Gardens is a development located within the Croydon region. The new development will accommodate 195 new homes, on top of 53 homes retained in Tollgate House over multiple blocks. Half of the homes across the Tollgate Gardens estate will be affordable housing for the community. We were employed by Quinn London directly to carry out the Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health design of the entire scheme.

The architect on the project was regularly changing layouts and ceiling heights throughout the project, which became a major risk. This involved us communicating clearly with the client to assess the changes and present the fees as quickly as possible so that the project could continue at a fast pace, often carrying out some changes free of charge.

We went over and above the requirements, as we do in every project, to help the client understand what will be delivered as the final product. We produced detailed dimensioned designs as well as sections and finishes for contractor and client purpose.
