Hampton by Hilton - Westland Place - Kinetic Engineers

Kinetic were appointed by Westcombe Group to carry out the full detailed design for the Hampton by Hilton Project at Westland Place. The plot of land is situated just in front of an old chocolate factory in the city centre. 

The project consists of;

  • 111 guest rooms, offering fine Italian cuisine in the restaurant and a 24/7 snack menu in the comfortable lobby bar.
  • VRF Air Conditioning throughout
  • Public Health water and waste services
  • POD Bathroom constructions
  • Aesthetic lighting designs
  • On-site Generator 
  • Co-ordination of services to ensure that the ceilings remain at the highest possible level.
Kinetic have been working closely alongside the design team to ensure that the M&E services are hidden from view where applicable, and are fully co-ordinated with the other aspects of the building.

The project is due to start construction in 2020.

Kinetic have previous successful experience in the design of Hotels, maintaining Brand standards and providing an overall above-satisfactory service to the design team.
