Hampton by Hilton - Bath Road - Kinetic Engineers

Kinetic were appointed by Westcombe Group to carry out the full detailed design for the Hampton by Hilton Project at Heathrow. 

The Hampton by Hilton Heathrow comprises 157 guest rooms, offering fine Italian cuisine in the restaurant and a 24/7 snack menu in the comfortable lobby bar. Due to the GLA planning conditions, the project requires to be designed with a 35% Building Emission Rate (BER) betterment value over the Target Emission Rate (TER.)

In order to do this, Kinetic Engineers are tasked with finding the most energy efficient solutions while maintaining the cost of the budget. 

The project is due to start construction in 2020.

Kinetic have previous successful experience in the design of Hotels, maintaining Brand standards and providing an overall above-satisfactory service to the design team.
